The deadline for all poster and grad student talk submissions is December 10, 2010.

***Please note that space limitations have caused us to close registration early in previous years***

Thanks to the generous support of the Linschoten Institute for Psychological Research at Utrecht University, the registration fee is $80 for faculty and $60 for students. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and coffee breaks, in addition to room and equipment rental.

In addition to invited talks, there are three additional opportunities for people to share their research with others.

GRADUATE
STUDENT
TALK
We invite graduate students to submit proposals to give 15 minute talks at the preconference. The guidelines for these talks are the same as those for the SPSP conference (e.g., abstracts must include the specific goals of the study, the methods used, a summary of results, and a conclusion). Also, data must be collected prior to submission. Please email submissions directly to Kees van den Bos (k.vandenbos@uu.nl) by December 10th, 2010. Proposals must not include work that will be presented at the regular SPSP conference in any form. All submissions that are not selected for talks will be automatically considered for presentation as a poster unless a request to the contrary is included in the submission (i.e., there is no need to submit a redundant poster proposal). Acceptance notifications will be made via email no later than January 1, 2011.

Poster and paper swap submissions are open to all registrants.

POSTER
PRESENTATION
If you would like to present a poster, please click the box below and submit a description of your project on the following page by December 10th, 2010. Poster submissions must not include work that will be presented at the regular SPSP conference in any form.  The preconference will provide the same presentation posterboards used by the regular SPSP conference (44.5" h X 91" w) .  Acceptance notifications will be made via email no later than January 1, 2011.

PAPER
SWAP
The Paper Swap is an informal opportunity for people to share papers with others during the preconference. Although this process is informal, titles, authors, and abstracts of Paper Swap papers will be included in the official conference program. All submissions will be included in the program. If you would like to share a paper of yours via the paper swap, please click the box below and enter your information on the following page..

Please click on the appropriate button(s) below if you wish to submit a poster, a paper for the paper swap, or both.
